SchoolPath in India is seeking a GTM Engineer, Growth Systems to turn a growth idea into AI-powered experiments, ship them to users, measure results, and iterate toward better engagement.

You’ll own AI workflows for parent acquisition and engagement, connect model APIs with landing pages, analytics, and CRM tools, and run growth experiments across acquisition and conversion to optimize performance.

• At least one AI workflow you personally built and shipped for real users or an operating team.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, SQL, and scripting or workflow automation.
• Experience instrumenting a funnel or workflow and using the results to make a decision.
• Initiative and clear communication in a small team environment.

We're looking for an engineer who uses AI in their own work and can turn a growth idea into a working experiment: build it, get it in front of users, measure what changes, and improve it.

One early project is to help a parent go from a specific question about a school to a useful, verified answer and a clear next step, such as saving an option, requesting information, or booking a tour.

What You’ll Own

• Build and ship AI workflows for parent acquisition, engagement, and follow-up. Connect model APIs, approved data sources, landing pages, analytics, and CRM tools.
• Run growth experiments across acquisition and conversion, including landing pages, calls to action, and technical SEO/GEO. Set a baseline, define what success looks like, and use the results to decide what to improve, expand, or stop.
• Turn verified parent demand into actionable signals for school and provider outreach. Set up routing, follow-up triggers, and CRM records so the team knows what happened and who owns the next step.
• Test for accuracy and reliability. Make answers traceable to their sources, check for stale or conflicting information, and define when to ask a person for help. Use explicit rules for consent, routing, and duplicate records.
• Track outcomes and operating effort. Measure whether more qualified families take the intended next step, alongside answer accuracy, manual effort, and cost. Work with product and engineering to bring proven workflows into production.

What You’ll Bring

• At least one AI workflow you personally built and shipped for real users or an operating team. Be ready to explain what the model did, how you tested it, what failed, and what improved.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, SQL, and scripting or workflow automation. You can inspect data, troubleshoot integrations, and make changes independently.
• Experience instrumenting a funnel or workflow and using the results to make a decision. Relevant backgrounds include growth engineering, AI automation, product prototyping, and marketing systems engineering.
• Initiative and clear communication. You're comfortable working with a small team, testing an idea before all the requirements are known, and sharing what you learned.
• Marketplace, consumer growth, or education experience is a plus.
