Job summary

Scimplify in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on GTM Engineer to own and run our outbound automation engine. You will build, configure and optimize automated sequences across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels to scale outbound motion globally.

Work with marketing and sales to tailor messaging, ensure data hygiene in the CRM, and monitor deliverability, response, and meetings booked. A 2–5 year track record in B2B outbound automation is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience running outbound/demand generation automation in a B2B environment.
• Proven, hands-on proficiency with outbound automation and data enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Outreach or similar) and CRM systems.
• Automation mindset with sequence logic, triggers, integrations and basic data manipulation.

• Cadence Design: Design cross-channel cadences that maximize response rates while avoiding channel fatigue.

• CRM & Tool Hygiene: Ensure outbound activity and engagement are logged in the CRM with data hygiene across tools.
• Reporting: Track key outbound metrics and report performance to stakeholders on a regular cadence.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer to own and run our GTM automation engine. This is an execution-focused role: you will build, configure and continuously optimize automated outbound workflows that orchestrate reach-outs across email, LinkedIn, phone and other channels, ensuring the outbound motion runs efficiently and at scale across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Automation & Orchestration: Build, configure and manage multi-channel outbound automation sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone, and other touchpoints) using tools such as Apollo, Clay and Sales Navigator.
• Cadence Design: Design and maintain cross-channel cadences that sequence and coordinate reach-outs intelligently, maximizing response rates while avoiding channel fatigue.
• Workflow Optimization: Continuously monitor, test and refine automation workflows — triggers, timing, personalization tokens and channel mix — to improve deliverability, open, response and conversion rates.
• List Building & Enrichment: Use data enrichment and intelligence tools to build, clean and segment targeted contact and account lists that feed the automation pipelines.
• Messaging Execution: Partner with marketing and sales to tailor messaging within automated sequences so outreach stays relevant to specific personas and pain points.
• CRM & Tool Hygiene: Ensure outbound activity, replies and engagement are accurately logged and tracked in the CRM; maintain data hygiene across tools.
• Reporting: Track key outbound metrics (deliverability, response rate, meetings booked) and report performance to stakeholders on a regular cadence.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience running outbound/demand generation automation in a B2B environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Proven, hands-on proficiency with outbound automation and data enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Outreach or similar) and CRM systems.
• Automation Mindset: Comfortable working with sequence logic, triggers, integrations and basic data manipulation to keep automations running smoothly.
• Analytical Rigor: Ability to read campaign performance data, identify bottlenecks and iterate quickly on workflows and messaging.
• Execution Focus: Comfortable managing multiple automated campaigns and channels simultaneously with high attention to detail.
