The role focuses on designing end-to-end workflows, integrating APIs and webhooks, and collaborating with sales and marketing to improve campaign performance and data quality.

About the role

We are looking for a 1-3 year GTM Engineer who can build and optimise automated systems for lead generation, sales operations and business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience working with automation platforms, CRM systems, AI tools and data enrichment solutions.

Work Timing: 1 PM to 10 PM

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated lead-generation workflows.
• Research and identify potential customers based on target audience and ICP.
• Use tools such as Clay, Claude Code, Apollo, n8n, Make and Zapier for data enrichment and automation.
• Integrate CRM systems with external applications using APIs and webhooks.
• Develop AI-powered workflows for prospect research and personalised outreach.
• Automate repetitive sales and marketing processes.
• Maintain data quality, lead databases and CRM workflows.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and business development teams.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks and integrations.
