Job summary

A leading IT services company in Maharashtra, India is looking for a Mid-Senior level professional to support collaboration and productivity platforms. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5+ years of experience in managing collaboration software, strong understanding of digital workplace strategies, and excellent troubleshooting skills for end-to-end collaboration issues. This full-time position requires effective communication and project management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in collaboration and productivity platforms.
• Strong understanding of collaboration workflows and enterprise communication.
• Hands-on experience with platform administration and governance.
• Hands‑on platform administration, configuration, and governance setup.
• Familiarity with identity and access management concepts (AD, Okta SSO, SailPoint IIQ).
• Ability to troubleshoot end‑to‑end collaboration issues across apps and devices.

Required skill and experience:

• 3–5+ years of experience implementing or supporting collaboration and productivity platforms (e.g., Adobe, Lucid Suite, Text Expander, Google Workspace, Slack, Figma, Zoom).
• Strong understanding of collaboration workflows, digital workplace concepts, and enterprise communication practices.
• Demonstrated experience gathering requirements, mapping business processes, and translating them into technical or configuration specifications.
• Hands‑on experience with platform administration, configuration, and governance setup.
• Familiarity with identity and access management concepts (AD, Okta SSO, SailPoint IIQ, security groups, permissions models).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex end‑to‑end collaboration issues across applications, integrations, and devices.
• Excellent communication skills and experience delivering user training or adoption support.
• Knowledge of API integrations, scripting, or low‑code/no‑code platforms is required.
• Experience in hybrid work transformation or digital workplace strategy consulting.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and IT governance practices.
• Experience with automation and workflow tools (AppSheet, Slack Workflows etc.).
• Certifications in areas such as Google Workspace, Adobe or similar platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrates the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and learning opportunities.
• Strong project management or task coordination capabilities.
