Job summary

Pinkerton in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a GSOC Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of the Global Security Operations Center, ensuring effective monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents across facilities and assets. You will manage GSOC staff and coordinate with internal teams and external services.

The role requires a graduate with 2+ years of GSOC supervision experience, strong physical/security principles knowledge, and excellent leadership under pressure.

• Ensure GSOC systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, SOC platforms) are operational.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and technology enhancements.
• All other duties as assigned.

The GSOC Supervisor leads the day-to-day operations of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), ensuring the effective monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents across all company facilities and assets. This role serves as the first escalation point for security incidents, manages GSOC personnel, and supports both physical and cybersecurity operations

• Serve as the primary escalation point for incidents and coordinate responses with internal security teams and external law enforcement or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct performance reviews, schedule management, and training for GSOC staff
• Ensure GSOC systems and technologies (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, SOC platforms) are operational and up to date
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization, staff training, and technology enhancements.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Graduate with Min 2 + years experince as a supervisor in GSOC enviorment

• Strong understanding of physical and cybersecurity principles
• Experience with monitoring technologies, incident management systems, and reporting tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies efficiently
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and corporate security standards
