Job summary

Pinkerton’s Asia Pacific Security Operations Centre (ASOC) in Bengaluru is seeking an ASOC Executive to support and manage security operations for protecting people, property, information and reputation. You will monitor intelligence and security alerts, administer systems and databases, and deliver timely crisis support using secure communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and access control alarms in CCURE 9000.
• Manage Access Control System and site security.
• Maintain inventory of SOC equipment.
• Ensure security equipment AMC and preventive maintenance.
• Generate security reports daily, weekly, monthly.
• Provide crisis management and intelligence monitoring.

The ASOC Executive (Asia Pacific Security Operations Centre) will play a critical will be responsible for supporting and managing security operations in order to help the wider security team protect our organizations people, property, information and reputation. This is a global role with one of the key aspects being the monitoring and response to incoming information and alerts from intelligence sources and security systems. You will be responsible for the management and administration of various security systems, reporting tools and databases. The operative will ensure that tactical intelligence and crisis management support is delivered in a timely and accurate manner using the appropriate security communication methodology

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Monitoring of CCTV & Access control alarms of sites in CCURE 9000
• Monitoring and management of Access control System
• Maintain the Inventory of all the equipment involved in SOC
• To ensure AMCs are in place with respect to Security equipment and periodic preventive maintenance carried out for the same.
• Monitoring all the security gadgets and raise ticket for rectification and follow through.
• Support to be extended by generating the ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM reports while investigation and when required
• Processing of Photo ID badges, verifying the appropriate requisition forms and email communication.
• Updating of Lost permanent/ damaged/resigned ID badges data
• Badge shredding database
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly Security reports.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Graduate with two plus year experience into GSOC role with experience into CCURE access control.

• Able to remain composed under pressure.
• Attentive to meticulous detail and accurate documentation
• Efficient time management skills.
• Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
