Job summary

Spyne is building AI-powered automotive retail tools and workshops. This six-month paid internship in Gurgaon offers real ownership from week two on live growth projects—no training depth, but genuine product work across AI, data, and marketing.

Spyne builds AI agents for car dealerships. Studio AI shoots and publishes their vehicle photos; Vini AI answers their phones and books appointments. Our audience is every car dealership on the planet and everyone inside them: the owner, the general manager, the sales floor, the service drive and the people running the website. We sell to them through a sales team today, and we are building the engine that makes them come to us instead. You will build that engine. Not slide decks about it, the actual things: a public demo line, a dealer scorecard, a tracker, a landing page, a leaderboard. You will use AI coding tools to ship in days what normally waits months in an engineering queue. This is a 6-month paid internship in Gurgaon, in office, working directly with the Growth and GTM lead. It converts to a full-time role at the end for those who deliver. We are hiring 2 people.

What you will build:

You will work across a variety of live projects, not training exercises. Expect to own pieces of them from week two.

• Run growth experiments end to end, kill what does not work, and scale what does
• Build public tools, then get dealers across the US and other markets to use and share them
• Build data and AI workflows that find the right dealers and reach them at the right moment
• Set up growth loops such as referrals, badges and invites, along with the tracking behind them
• Run paid campaigns, lifecycle email and landing pages, and the experiments that improve them
• Build internal dashboards and trackers for the team

You will pull your own numbers, decide what to test next, and tell us honestly which experiments failed.

Who we are looking for:

You should have built things and shown them to people.

• You build with AI coding tools. You have shipped something with Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Replit or v0 that a stranger has used. A side project, a college tool, a bot, a scraper, a small site. Link it.
• You understand paid. How a campaign on Meta, Google or LinkedIn is structured, measured and improved: budgets, audiences, creative tests, CAC, CTR and conversion rate. You should be able to talk about these without looking them up. Coursework, certification or hands-on, we do not mind which.
• You think in experiments. A hypothesis, a way to measure it, a call on whether to kill it or scale it. You will run several at once.
• You can write copy that converts. An ad, a landing page headline, a cold email that gets a reply. Clear and short beats clever.
• You automate with AI, not just code with it. Using LLMs and tools such as n8n, Zapier or Make to enrich data, run outreach and remove manual steps.
• You can read data and report it. You know which metric answers which question, you can build a simple dashboard or report, and you can tell a real number from a vanity one.
• You are available and committed. Full time for 6 months, in office in Gurgaon, with no parallel college or work schedule competing for your hours.
• You move without being chased. We will give you a goal and a deadline, not a checklist
