Job summary

Spyne seeks an Associate Product Manager to shape AI-first applications for automotive dealers and buyers. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, AI/ML, and GTM teams to deliver features that power Spyne's growth from $5M to $20M+ ARR.

This is a hands-on role for someone early in their PM career who wants ownership, fast learning, and the thrill of shipping tangible products. Immediate joining and Delhi NCR relocation are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1.5–3 years of product management experience, preferably SaaS/B2B.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts is a plus.
• Proficient in Jira, Figma, and SQL/analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Break down the roadmap into clear PRDs and user stories.
• Own features end-to-end from inception to launch.
• Talk to dealers and teams to translate pain points into insights.
• Coordinate daily with Eng, Design, and QA to keep sprints moving.
• Track feature adoption and usage metrics and turn data into recommendations.
• Support QA and release planning.
• Assist GTM with beta rollouts and feedback.
• Maintain product docs and changelogs.

We're hiring an Associate Product Manager to support the development of AI-first applications for automotive dealers and buyers. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their PM career who wants to learn fast, own problems end-to-end, and build real product instincts inside a high-growth, AI-native company. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, AI/ML, and GTM teams, supporting the delivery of features that power Spyne's growth journey from $5M to $20M+ ARR.

What will you do?

• Product Execution – Break down the product roadmap into clear, well-scoped requirements (PRDs, user stories) that engineering and design can act on.
• Feature Ownership – Own specific features or modules end-to-end—from requirement gathering to launch and post-launch tracking.
• User Research – Talk to dealers, sales, and support teams to understand pain points and translate them into actionable product insights.
• Cross-Functional Coordination – Work daily with Engineering, Design, and QA to keep sprints moving and unblock delivery.
• Data & Metrics – Track feature performance and usage metrics (adoption, engagement, drop-offs) and turn data into clear recommendations.
• QA & Release Support – Test features before release, catch edge cases, and ensure quality bars are met.
• GTM Support – Assist in beta rollouts, collect user feedback, and coordinate with Sales/CS on early adoption.
• Documentation – Maintain clean product documentation, changelogs, and process artifacts on tools like Jira and Confluence.

What you must have?

• 1.5–3 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, AI/ML-driven, or B2B products.
• Strong analytical skills—comfortable working with data to inform decisions.
• Basic understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, or Computer Vision concepts (prior hands-on exposure is a plus, not mandatory).
• Working knowledge of tools like Jira, Figma, and basic SQL/analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication—able to write clear PRDs and explain product decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR.
