Job summary

Vedantu is seeking a Growth Associate in Bengaluru to support growth initiatives across campaigns, user acquisition, retention, revenue tracking, and growth operations. You will work with the Growth Manager and cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and drive measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years of experience in growth or marketing, strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Business Operations, GTM, or similar roles.
• Good understanding of growth marketing and campaign execution.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute growth campaigns across YouTube, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, landing pages, and paid/organic channels.
• Support GTM campaigns for new products, batches, webinars, test series, and seasonal offers.
• Track key metrics such as Leads, CTR, CVR, AOV, Revenue, Retention, and channel performance.
• Monitor acquisition, engagement, and conversion funnels and identify drop-offs.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Tech, Content, and Design teams to ensure timely execution.
• Support A/B testing, campaign optimization, and identification of growth opportunities.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, campaign calendars, and performance reports.
