Job summary

S27a is hiring a Growth Analyst I (India) to design and run AI-powered experiments that combine frontend engineering, analytics, and automation. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle—design, implement, track metrics, and iterate for measurable outcomes—while collaborating closely with founders to influence a bold marketing AI roadmap.

You will work with US-based teammates in overlapping time zones, allowing cross-border collaboration and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Build AI-powered experiments for clients, combining frontend engineering, analytics, and automation.

• Take end-to-end responsibility for experiments: design, build, track metrics, and iterate to drive measurable outcomes.

• Work closely with the founders to influence one of the most ambitious product roadmaps in marketing AI today.

• Proactively bring ideas and improvements to the table-your voice will directly shape the product.

• Collaborate with US-based teammates, overlapping in their timezone to drive projects forward.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in analytics or growth analyst.

• Strong data analysis skills (SQL, Python, or similar).

• Able to spot repeated patterns and automate work using Python and JS scripts

• Eager to explore and adapt to new AI frameworks and tools.

• Have a decent understanding of marketing and is willing to learn

• A self-starter who thrives in a startup environment: adaptable, ownership-driven, and motivated by impact.
