JSW MG Motor India Pvt. Ltd. Halol, Gujarat, invites applications for a Group Leader General Assembly Production role in the TCF Line. You will lead one of the Production teams in Trim/Chassis/Final areas to achieve delivery, quality, cost, safety, morale and environment objectives.

The position demands hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and a track record of coaching safety, quality and productivity targets while ensuring defect-free output and continuous improvement across the line.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Experience more than 5 years in Auto OEM.
• Working in green field plant will be an added advantage.

Aufgaben

• Coach Safety, Quality, & Productivity objectives are met by following standardized work.
• Conduct Daily/weekly SOT audits to confirm safety concerns are addressed and requirements are met.
• Coach and support junior engineers to achieve SPQRCE objectives through standardized work.
• Assist associates and junior engineers to maintain production flow aligned with cycle time.
• Monitor Andon occurrences as first responder and secondary support.
• Support continuous improvement and coach problem resolution to the lowest level.
• Communication and recognition—communicate as required for the job function.
• Respect and encourage respect of all associates.
• Build junior engineer & associate capability.
• Create a conductive work environment for teams to complete responsibilities and tasks.
• Basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and documents.

Leading one of theProduction teams in Trim/Chassis/Final Area to achieve the departmentobjectives w.r.t. Delivery , Quality , Cost , Safety , Morale andEnvironment

Position Responsibilities

• Coach Safety, Quality, &Productivity objectives are met by following standardized work.
• Conduct Daily/weekly SOT audits toconfirm Safety concerns are readily addressed and requirements are met.
• Coach and Support Junior engineersto achieve SPQRCE objectives through standardized work.
• Assist associate and JuniorEngineers to maintain production flow consistent with cycle time.

Functional Responsibilities

• Good understanding of complete processrelated to Trim / Chassis / Final / Electrical area and ability to leadthe team thru the hands-on experience.
• Good understanding of Basic Automobile SubSystems and ability to train and coach the reprocess area associates onrepair specific skills.
• Good understanding of trim / chassis/final assembly process and trim / chassis / final area related productquality features and ability to drive team on defect free cars output
• Ensuring the Quality and Delivery Outputsof the assigned area of responsibility.
• Monitor the line stoppage issues torespective agencies like incoming quality, Supply Chain Management, Maintenance,etc., & resolve through CFT approach.
• Able to lead / participate crossfunctional teams through various problem-solving techniques in resolvingissues.
• Knowledge of line balancing, time studyand work allocation according to output requirements.
• Perform Concern resolution by followingBasic Problem-solving tools
• Should have Knowledge of EOL/Final line ( ( Fluidfilling systems and electrical system of car)
• Hands on experience of flashing tool (MFT/NGFTT)Operations and integration with server
