You will play a pivotal role in achieving production volume targets while maintaining uncompromising quality, cost efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with peers and team members, you will drive organizational objectives related to production, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and morale (PQCDSM).

Your role will encompass mentoring and upskilling cell members to develop multi-skilling capabilities and foster a culture of innovation.
