About the Role

Arvind Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR & IR professional for its upcoming Knits Garmenting Project in Indore. The role will be responsible for driving HR operations, industrial relations, statutory compliance, workforce management, employee engagement, and talent development for the manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations and workforce planning.


• Lead Industrial Relations and employee grievance handling.


• Ensure labor law and statutory compliance.


• Handle contract labor management and employee engagement.


• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training initiatives.


• Partner with plant leadership to build a high-performance culture.

Desired Profile

• MBA/MSW in HR/IR/Personnel Management.


• 10+ years of experience in HR & IR within manufacturing, garments, textiles, FMCG, or labor-intensive industries.


• Strong knowledge of labor laws, IR, and compliance.


• Experience managing large blue-collar workforces.
