Job summary

Snugs in Kochi, India, is hiring a designer to own static creative for paid social. You will generate a steady stream of ad concepts for Meta and Google, aiming to stop the scroll and earn clicks, scaling with our growth team.

You'll retouch in-house product photography, build image variations, and ensure typography and layouts align with our brand. This role is on-site at our Kochi office, full-time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years designing for paid social, ecommerce or D2C brands.
• Portfolio of ad creative focused on selling layouts and tests.
• Strong typography and layout instincts with clean product imagery.

Responsibilities

• Design static ad creatives for Meta and Google in volume.
• Create single images, carousels, collages and layouts to sell.
• Turn product benefits into visual hooks for small screens.
• Retouch and composite product photography from our in-house shoots.
• Set on-image text and typography within our brand system.
• Build variations of winning concepts and keep a library of what has run.
• Work with Growth to decide what to test next and interpret results.

Snugs is an Indian baby products brand. We make carriers, wraps and babywear in Kochi using export-grade, toxin-free fabrics, and we have served 30,000+ parents. We are hiring a designer who will own the static creative that carries our paid social.

What you will do

You will design static ads for Meta and Google, in volume. Not one polished post a week, but a steady stream of concepts on a daily basis built to be tested against each other. Every ad has a job: stop the scroll, land one benefit, earn the click.

• Build static ad creative for Meta and Google: single images, carousels, collages, graphic layouts, before and after frames
• Turn product benefits into visual hooks that hold up on a small screen
• Use AI image tools as part of your workflow so we can produce many distinct concepts quickly
• Retouch and composite product photography from our in-house shoots
• Set on-image text and typography within our brand system
• Build variations of winning concepts and keep a clear library of what has run
• Work closely with the growth team on what to test next and what the results say

What we are looking for

• 2+ years designing for paid social, ecommerce or D2C brands
• A portfolio of ad creative, not only brand or print work. We want to see layouts that were made to sell
• Strong typography and layout instincts, and an eye for clean product imagery
• Fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma, and Canva
• Hands-on with AI image tools such as Gemini, Midjourney, Higgsfield or similar
• Comfortable producing at pace without losing quality
• Interest in why ads perform, and a willingness to read the numbers behind your work

Nice to have

• Experience running or assisting on Meta Ads
• Basic motion or video editing skills
• Experience in baby, apparel, wellness or lifestyle categories
