About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience in a Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of designing high-performing digital creatives that drive engagement and conversions across multiple online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality static creatives for digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Create banners, social media posts, display ads, email creatives, website assets, landing page visuals, and marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Account Management, and Content teams to develop campaign creatives aligned with business objectives.
• Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines while maintaining visual consistency across platforms.
• Adapt designs based on platform specifications and campaign requirements.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, platform creative specifications, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe After Effects (basic knowledge preferred)
