Job summary

Vroutes HR is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to work across branding, digital, and print campaigns. You will develop visual identities for multiple client brands, ensuring consistency and high-quality outputs.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, a strong portfolio, and fluency with AI-powered design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma. You thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and can juggle several projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in branding/advertising/digital marketing
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and digital creatives
• Experience working across multiple client brands simultaneously
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and modern creative workflows
• Strong understanding of current design trends, branding principles, and digital marketing creatives
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

• Create visual assets across branding, digital, social, and print Logos, brand identity, social creatives, banners, brochures, pitch decks, emailers, infographics — all of it.
• Work across multiple client brands at once Shifting between brand voices and visual identities is second nature to you.
• Develop concepts, not just executions You bring ideas to the brief, not just craft.
• Collaborate with the whole creative team Brand strategists, content writers, video editors, motion designers, performance marketers — your work feeds into all of theirs.
• Use AI tools as a creative accelerator Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and others — you're integrating them into your workflow, not just experimenting.
• Hold the brand standard Consistency across every touchpoint, every client, every deliverable.
• Present and iterate Share creative ideas with confidence and incorporate feedback without losing momentum.

YOUR TOOLKIT

Must have: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma. Preferred: Adobe After Effects (basic), Canva, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion or equivalent AI creative tools.
