Job summary

Vector Consulting Group in Thane invites a Graphic Designer (contract) to craft visuals for social media, whitepapers, posters and emails. You will ensure branding consistency and create impactful marketing collateral that resonates with business leaders. 1–3 years of design experience and motion-graphics exposure preferred.

The role is office-based with five-day work weeks, offering opportunities to learn and grow within a leading Indian consulting firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva.
• Strong typography, layout and visual design sense.
• Ability to translate business content into clear visuals.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for clean design.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, digital ads, website banners, and campaign assets.
• Create whitepapers, documents, posters, standees, emailers, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop visuals that communicate ideas clearly and professionally.
• Support branding, events and marketing campaigns.
• Adapt designs to multiple formats and platforms.
• Maintain brand guideline consistency across materials.
• Create simple motion graphics and animations when required.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to enhance the brand story.

Our marketing team is responsible for bringing ideas and success stories to life through compelling visual communication. We're looking for a Graphic Designer on a contract basis to support our marketing initiatives. Role & Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, digital ads, website banners, and campaign assets.
• Create whitepapers, documents, posters, standees, emailers, and other marketing collaterals.
• Develop visuals that communicate ideas clearly and professionally.
• Support branding, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
• Create simple motion graphics and animations when required.
• Work with the design and marketing team to enhance the visual story telling of the brand across touch points.

Required Competencies

• Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual design principles.
• Ability to create clean, clutter-free, professional designs.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to understand business content and convert it into effective communication pieces that resonate with the end consumer.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to explore and learn new techniques/ideas.

Required Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant design experience.
• Experience with After Effects or motion graphics.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Design certification from a well-regarded design school (e.g., L.S Raheja / Sir J.J School of Arts /NID) is a bonus.
