Job summary

Aspire Technology is seeking an experienced graphic designer to shape high-converting ad creatives for performance campaigns. You will craft static banners, carousels and motion graphics for formats across Meta, Google UAC, and more, while aligning with CRO goals and brand standards.

Lead design across landing pages, app visuals, and scalable templates, translating briefs into production-ready assets with speed and strong visual hierarchy. Strong autonomy and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Portfolio demonstrating direct-response ad creatives and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of CRO, ad specs, visual hooks and CTAs.
• Excellent communication and ability to work autonomously.

Role & Responsibilities

• Performance Ad Creative Design: Conceptualize and produce high-converting static banners, carousels, and social media ad creatives for Meta, Google UAC, LinkedIn, and display networks.
• Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Animate and edit engaging short-form video ads, Reels, Shorts, and UGC-style promotional videos using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• A/B Testing & Creative Iteration: Partner with digital marketing leads to analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CVR, Hook Rate) and rapidly produce visual variations of winning ad concepts.
• Landing Page & App Visuals: Design responsive landing page layouts, app icons, feature banners, and App Store Optimization (ASO) screenshots in Figma.
• Brand Strategy & Design Systems: Build visual guidelines, master ad templates, and scalable design assets across digital channels and product ecosystems.
• Execution & Ownership: Independently translate high-level marketing briefs into production-ready visual assets with speed and strong visual hierarchy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5 to 8 years of professional graphic design experience within a performance marketing agency, D2C brand, or fast-growing tech company.
• Software Expertise: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and expert proficiency in Figma.
• Portfolio Requirement: A strong portfolio demonstrating direct-response performance ad creative sets, short-form video ad edits/motion graphics, and brand design work.
• Marketing Understanding: Solid grasp of conversion rate optimization (CRO), ad platform specs, visual hooks, and call-to-action placement.
• Communication & Autonomy: Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Bachelors degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
