Qualifications

• Portfolio with real estate or premium marketing creatives is required.
• Experience in real estate, property, or investment-related design is preferred.
• Excellent sense of layout, colour, and typography for both digital and print assets.

Responsibilities

• Create social media creatives, ad designs, brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations for residential plot campaigns.
• Design real estate marketing material optimised for digital and print channels.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creatives including logo usage and colour palette.
• Coordinate with marketing, content, and sales teams to translate briefs into effective designs.
• Create investor-focused designs and lead generation materials such as memorandums and pitch decks.
• Ensure high-quality output with print-ready files and correct typography and spacing.

About the Role

We are hiring a Graphic Designer to create premium, professional, and leadfocused real estate marketing creatives for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, a clear understanding of real estate creative requirements, and the ability to deliver highquality work within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create social media creatives, ad designs, brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations for residential plot campaigns.
• Design real estate marketing material optimised for both digital (Meta/Instagram/Google ads, landing pages) and print (brochures, site banners, collateral).
• Maintain brand consistency across all creatives (logo usage, colour palette, typography, tone).
• Coordinate with marketing, content, and sales teams to translate campaign briefs into effective designs.
• Create investorfocused designs for property promotions and lead generation (offering memorandums, onepagers, pitch decks).
• Ensure highquality output with correct layout, spacing, typography, resolution, and printready file preparation.

Skills Required

• Good understanding of real estate creatives and advertising design (property brochures, site visuals, investment pitches).
• Knowledge of AI creative tools like Gemini, Nano Banana, VEO, and similar platforms for ideation and asset generation.
• Strong sense of layout, colour, typography, and overall visual quality.
• Ability to handle multiple design tasks simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
• Portfolio with real estate or premium marketing creatives is required.
• Experience in real estate, property, or investmentrelated design is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3ds Max, and Blender will be a plus.
• Note: Candidates from real estate firms will be given preference.
