• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across communications.
• Edit images, photographs and videos for marketing purposes.
• Produce creatives for events, announcements, and corporate communication.
• Manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines.
• Review designs before publishing/printing for accuracy and branding.
• Stay updated with current design trends relevant to real estate.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to create visually appealing content aligned with the companys brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative content for social media, digital marketing, print media, and corporate communication.
• Design project-related marketing materials for real estate projects.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales and Management teams to understand creative requirements.
• Ensure all designs follow the company’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across communication.
• Edit images, photographs, and videos as required for marketing purposes.
• Create creatives for festivals, events, employee activities, announcements, and corporate communication.
• Manage multiple design requirements and deliver creatives within agreed timelines.
• Review designs before publishing/printing to ensure accuracy in content, alignment, and branding.
• Stay updated with current design trends and creative ideas relevant to the real estate industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer; real estate/marketing industry experience will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout, branding, and visual composition.
• Good creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual creatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Good knowledge of social media creative formats.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with cross-functional teams.
