Team Reflex Realty is looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer & Visual Content Creator with strong Real Estate experience + AI creative expertise to work across Luxury Real Estate, Exclusive Mandates & Project Marketing.

• Prior Real Estate experience is mandatory — preferably with a developer, brokerage, mandate company or real estate marketing/creative agency
• Strong understanding of real estate projects, product positioning, target audiences & sales communication
• Hands‑on expertise in AI tools for image generation, video creation, visualisation & creative content
• Ability to independently understand a project and translate its USP into the right communication for the right audience & platform
