Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong typography, layout, colour theory and visual storytelling.
• Ability to independently conceptualize and execute original creatives and videos.
• Basic knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing creatives.
• Strong portfolio in graphic design, video editing, and creative content.
• Real estate or property marketing experience preferred.

About the Role

Diplomats is looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer & Video Editor to develop engaging visual content for our real estate projects, digital campaigns, and social media platforms. We are looking for someone with strong creative skills who can independently conceptualize and execute designs and videos, rather than relying heavily on AI-generated content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, marketing collaterals, banners, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Create and edit videos, reels, promotional films, and property walkthrough videos.
• Develop engaging content concepts and visual storytelling for real estate projects.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns and brand communication.
• Create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and digital advertisements.
• Ensure visual consistency across all marketing materials.
• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements
