Qualifications

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or CorelDRAW.
• Knowledge of Canva and basic video/motion-graphics tools is a plus.
• Strong sense of design, typography, color, and visual composition.
• Ability to create professional real estate marketing creatives.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to understand briefs and incorporate feedback.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.

Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, posts, stories, banners, and ads for Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
• Create brochures, flyers, pamphlets, posters, standees, hoardings, and other print materials.
• Design project layouts, plot maps, and project highlights using team data.
• Develop promotional creatives for project launches, offers, events, and exhibitions.
• Create marketing materials for digital campaigns with Marketing Manager and Digital team.
• Maintain consistent branding across all materials (logos, fonts, colors).
• Coordinate with marketing and sales to understand campaign needs and deliver on deadlines.
• Make revisions based on management feedback.
• Ensure all designs include accurate project details and pricing before publication.
• Organise and maintain design assets and templates.

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create attractive marketing materials for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for designing digital and print creatives that promote our plotted development projects, strengthen our brand identity, and generate customer interest.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design social media creatives, posts, stories, banners, and advertisements for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
2. Create brochures, flyers, pamphlets, posters, standees, hoardings, and other print marketing materials.
3. Design project layouts, plot availability creatives, location maps, and project highlights using information provided by the relevant team.
4. Develop promotional creatives for project launches, offers, events, and property exhibitions.
5. Create marketing materials for digital advertising campaigns in coordination with the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Executive.
6. Maintain consistent branding, including company logos, fonts, colours, and visual style across all materials.
7. Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements and prepare creatives within deadlines.
8. Make revisions to designs based on feedback from management.
9. Ensure all designs contain accurate project details, pricing, contact information, and approved marketing claims before publication.
10. Organise and maintain design files, templates, photographs, and other creative assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or CorelDRAW.
• Knowledge of Canva and basic video or motion-graphics tools is an advantage.
• Strong sense of design, typography, colour combinations, and visual composition.
• Ability to create professional and engaging real estate marketing creatives.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to understand briefs and incorporate feedback.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.

Experience

Experience in graphic design is preferred. Experience in real estate, property marketing, or advertising agencies will be an added advantage.
