Job description

Role & responsibilities

• To get trained on various tech & engineering process of the division. To support the technical bid preparation process for turnkey contracts.
• To provide commercial support to Sales & Contracts Team Direct interaction with customers and other stack holders
• Preparing and reviewing commercial proposals/offers / enquiries
• Assist in identifying and tracking tender opportunities from government portals, PSU websites, and e-procurement platforms.
• To get conversant with GEM bidding process.
• Prepare comparative statements, compliance sheets, deviation statements, and bid checklists Understanding on contractual terms (Customers, Internal & Vendors), Liability Assessment
• Assist in cost estimation, pricing compilation, and documentation of supporting calculations
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, correspondence, amendments, clarifications, and bid status.
• Support in obtaining the necessary internal approvals in accordance with internal guidelines and policies
• Respond to internal customer in time as well as assist to all team members.
• Keep track of event & projects and reporting
• Perform data analysis and documentation activities related to commercial and tendering function
• Working with cross functional team to improve the process & functions.
