Overview

Kickstart your career with Gallagher's UK Insurance Operations team as an Accounts & Settlement (A&S) Trainee. This role offers an excellent opportunity for Commerce graduates to gain exposure to the insurance and financial services industry while supporting accounting, settlement, and reconciliation activities for our UK business. You will receive structured training, work with global teams, and build a strong foundation for long-term career growth.

As an Accounts & Settlement (A&S) Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting financial and operational processes within the UK Insurance division.

About you

• Commerce graduates only (B.Com, BAF, BMS, BBI, BBM, BFM or equivalent Commerce stream).
• Graduation year: 2025 or 2026.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of work experience, including those from non-related industries who wish to start their career with Gallagher, may also apply as freshers.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn and build a career in the insurance industry.
