Job summary

Gallagher in India is seeking a QA Auditor with an Insurance background to ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance for UK Retail Center audits. The role emphasizes pre- and post-bind audits, documentation accuracy, and process improvements across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's in a related field, 4–5 years of Insurance experience, P&C call audit exposure, and relevant certifications. Some onshore travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed Pre & Post bind call audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Verify accuracy, disclosures, completeness, and consistency of client documentation, policies, endorsements, and correspondence.
• Identify discrepancies, errors, or non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with teams to identify root causes of quality issues and drive process improvements.
• Prepare QA reports highlighting findings and actionable recommendations.
• Present insights to stakeholders and leadership to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborating with on-shore operations teams, account executives, brokers, and other stakeholders to address audit findings.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed Pre & Post bind call audits on UK Retail Contact Center calling Agents. This is to ensure Gallagher Business Conduct is compliant with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
• Verify the accuracy, disclosures, completeness, and consistency of documentation, including client documentation, policies, endorsements, and correspondence.
• Identify and document discrepancies, errors, or non-compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with teams to identify root causes of quality issues and drive process improvements.
• Prepare QA reports, highlighting findings, trends, and actionable recommendations.
• Present insights to stakeholders and leadership to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborating with on-shore operations teams, account executives, brokers, and other stakeholders to address audit and QA findings.

About you

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor Master

Work Experience:

Graduate with minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in an Insurance domain
Call Audit Experience in P&C - Policy Issuance/Underwriting would be preferred
Insurance certification - good to have
Transition/onboarding of service - good to have
Onshore travel experience - good to have

Licenses/Certificates:

Insurance Certification will be the additional advantage
