Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day SAP-related activities and user queries.
• Understand business processes and their integration with SAP systems.
• Assist in identifying and resolving basic SAP application issues.
• Coordinate with functional teams and users for issue resolution.
• Support SAP master data maintenance and related activities.
• Assist with testing of SAP changes, enhancements, and new functionalities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to SAP processes and support activities.
• Participate in SAP-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Understand and follow standard IT and SAP support processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of user issues.
