• Relationships Build relationships with City, Clients, developers, 3rd party consultants and get the required permits approvals for the project.

• Controls Ensuring on-time reporting on business development activity as per defined formats at regular intervals.

• Monitor and control the budget for the area to ensure that all financial targets are met and that all necessary financial controls are in place to comply with company and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Preferred Profile

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

• Candidates must possess their own Laptop for the intern period.

• Quick learner and industrious.

• Must have analytical skills.

• The incumbent shall have good written verbal communication skills in the English Language and good computer skills, especially in Excel.

• Vendor management and follow-up and achieving project deadlines.

• Multitasker detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.

• Should also be able to efficiently handle the non-engineering/financial part of the projects.

• Should be experienced in project budgeting, scheduling and must ensure that the project runs as per the scope decided.

• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.

• Experience in real estate will be an added advantage.

• Willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
