Responsibilities

• Participate in CNC machining, welding, fabrication, assembly, testing and process improvement.

• Assist production planning, material planning and delivery monitoring.
• Assist procurement processes and supplier evaluation.
• Support new product development and cost analysis.

Graduate Apprentice Trainees will receive practical exposure in the following areas:

1. Production / Manufacturing CNC machining, welding, fabrication, assembly, testing and process improvement.
2. Quality Control Inspection, measuring instruments, quality standards, RCA and QC tools.
3. PPC – Production planning, scheduling, material planning, capacity and delivery monitoring.
4. Procurement – Purchase processes, supplier development, vendor evaluation and cost analysis.
5. PED – New product development, engineering changes, costing, process development and continuous improvement.
