Job summary

Eligible candidates should hold a B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical, have 0–1 year of experience, and possess good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist production: support daily engineering operations and manufacturing line activities under supervision.
• Follow guidelines: adhere to SOPs, quality benchmarks and safety guidelines.
• Analyse data: track machine efficiencies, monitor KPIs, log daily production metrics and prepare plans for next actions.
• Document workflows: draft data sheets, maintain logs and compile engineering reports.
• Root-cause analysis: investigate defects and bottlenecks using Lean or continuous improvement tools.
• Perform testing: participate in validation and verification of processes and equipment.
• Suggest optimizations: propose cost-saving modifications to boost assembly line output.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Operations

• Assist production: Support daily engineering operations and manufacturing line activities under supervision. Try to identify & Improve Processes through continual improvements
• Follow guidelines: Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality benchmarks, and safety guidelines.
• Analyse data: Track machine efficiencies, monitor system KPIs, and log daily production metrics. Make summary reports & prepare plans for next actions
• Document workflows: Draft data sheets, maintain logs, and compile engineering reports.

Process Improvement

• Root-cause analysis: Investigate defects in Products, component rejections, and process bottlenecks using Lean or Continual improvement tools.
• Perform testing: Participate in the validation, verification of Process & Equipments
• Suggest optimizations: Propose cost-saving modifications and value-engineering ideas like Wage war on waste, Eliminate Muda etc. to boost assembly line output

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelors Degree (B.E. / Diploma) in Mechanical, Electrical,

• English Communication should be good.
• Salary should be as per your proposal (Rs 20,000 to 22,0000)
