Job summary

HRD House in Chennai seeks a senior marketing leader for the Pedia segment. You will drive product launches, strengthen brands, and manage a PMT, collaborating with Field Managers and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate holds a B. Pharma and an MBA in Marketing with 8–12 years in pharma sales/marketing, including PMT team development and promotional strategy execution.

Qualifications

• B. Pharma degree and MBA in Marketing with 8–12 years in pharma sales and marketing.
• 2–3 years as Product Manager/Group Product Manager, handling Pedia segment.
• Experience launching new products and strengthening brands.
• Knowledge of PMT team training and development.

Responsibilities

• Based in Chennai and responsible for marketing function of Pedia segment.
• Launch new products and strengthen existing brands.
• Deep knowledge of acute/multispecialty brands.
• Collaborate with Field Manager and support teams.
• Prepare and implement promotional strategies; be creative.
• Campaign planning for Key Opinion Leaders and brand reviews.
• Plan monthly/quarterly reviews and monitoring.
• Undertake field work to review strategy implementation.
• Manage and market PMT team to achieve business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 1. Candidate will be based at Chennai, will be responsible for handling Marketing function of Pedia segment


• 2. He/she will be responsible for launching new products &
  strengthening the existing brands.


• 3. He / She should have good experience and knowledge in acute/
  multispecialty brands


• 4. He / She will closely work with Field Manager and all other
  supporters frequently.


• 5. He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies &
  should be Creative.


• 7. He /she is responsible for the Campaign & special activities planning
  for Key Opinion Leaders and Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.


• 8. He/she will undertake the field work to review & evaluate
  strategy implementation.


• 9. Candidate should have good experience in managing & marketing
  team in PMT to achieve business objective and coordinate with all departments.
