Job summary

HRD House in Mumbai seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Marketing function for the CNS/Neuro segment. The role focuses on launching new products, strengthening existing brands, and driving promotional strategies.

You will collaborate with Field Managers and cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and brand plans. Ideal candidates bring 6–8 years in pharma marketing, with 2–3 years as Assistant PM/PM in CNS/Neuro, and demonstrate strong creativity, leadership, and brand-building

Qualifications

• B. Pharma or B.Sc and MBA in Marketing with 6–8 years in Pharma Marketing, including 2–3 years as Assistant Product Manager/ Product Manager handling CNS/Neuro.
• Creative, innovative and effective in man management.
• Good knowledge of CNS/Neuro segment.
• Skilled in launching new products and strengthening existing brands.
• Proficient in selection, training and development of PMT Members.

Responsibilities

• Handle Marketing function of CNS/Neuro segment based at Mumbai.
• Launch new products and strengthen existing brands.
• Work closely with Field Manager and other supporters.
• Prepare and implement promotional strategies and be Creative.
• Design Promotional/Communication strategies for brands.
• Plan campaigns and key activities for Key Opinion Leaders and monthly/quarterly brand reviews.
• Ensure ongoing design of Promotional/Communication strategies for various brands.
