Job summary

FlairUP in Lucknow is seeking a hands-on Google Ads specialist to strategize, create, and manage campaigns end-to-end. The role requires on-site work from Vivek Khand 2, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, with IST shift 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

You will optimize campaigns for US and UK clients, leverage GA4 and GTM for measurement, and aim to maximize ROAS while reducing CPL. Immediate joiners preferred; CTC up to ₹6 LPA.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Experience managing campaigns for US and UK markets.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4 and GTM.
• Excellent English communication; ability to work on-site in Lucknow.

Role Description

• Exclusive hands-on experience in Google Ads is required.
• Candidates with only Meta Ads/Facebook Ads experience should NOT apply.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for the US & UK markets.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4 & GTM.
• Comfortable working STRICTLY ON-SITE.
• Comfortable with the 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM (IST) shift, Monday–Friday.
• Comfortable with a maximum CTC of ₹6 LPA.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Genuinely interested in the role and willing to work from Lucknow.

• Strategize, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across the Google Ads ecosystem.
• Plan and execute high-performing campaigns for the US & UK markets to maximize ROI/ROAS and generate quality leads.
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, competitor research, and campaign optimization to improve performance.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking to reduce CPL/CPA and achieve business objectives.
• Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics (GA4) and deliver actionable insights through performance reports and Client Communication.
• Strong understanding of campaign strategy, bidding strategies, keyword research, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
