Job summary

EbizON in Noida is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Digital Marketing (Client Success) to lead client relationships and drive successful digital marketing projects, with mandatory SEO exposure and experience handling international clients from the US and UK.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams including SEO, PPC, Content, Social, Design and Development to ensure on-time delivery and measurable results, while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Digital Marketing (Client Success) to manage client relationships, oversee digital marketing projects, and ensure the successful delivery of campaigns. This role requires a client-centric professional with strong digital marketing knowledge, mandatory SEO exposure, and experience managing international clients, particularly from the US and UK markets.

The ideal candidate should excel in stakeholder management, project coordination, and account ownership while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build long-term client relationships
• Manage end-to-end digital marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery
• Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable digital marketing strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams, including SEO, PPC, Content, Social Media, Design, and Development, to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
• Conduct regular client meetings, provide campaign updates, and present performance reports
• Identify client requirements, address concerns proactively, and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions
• Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and account growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve project challenges and maintain service quality
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and communication records

Required Skills & Experience

• minimum 6 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, Account Management, or Digital Marketing
• Strong exposure to Digital Marketing, with mandatory hands-on understanding of SEO
• Experience in a client-facing role with direct ownership of client accounts
• Proven experience managing US and UK-based clients
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Web Analytics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies is an added advantage
