We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to handle our advertising campaigns. This role involves driving business and growth through Google platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Google advertising strategies in alignment with Lenskart's overall marketing objectives
• Work closely with the team to implement advanced marketing tactics, leveraging tools like AppsFlyer and Branch for omni-channel tracking and measurement
• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns daily to optimize spend and improve overall funnel performance
• Provide actionable insights and suggestions based on data to enhance conversion rates and reduce costs.
• Brainstorm, design, and propose new creative ideas - work with the creative team to develop high-performing visuals and content tailored to audiences
• Track and report on KPIs including CPC, gross orders, and revenue
• Present detailed performance reports to the marketing leadership team and recommend optimizations

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-7 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns in a high-growth, omni-channel environment
• Expertise in AppsFlyer, Branch, and other performance tracking platforms for in-depth analysis of omni-channel marketing.
• Strong understanding of campaign metrics, including CPC, ROAS, and revenue
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Background:

• Experience of working with an Agency (Publicis, WPP, Sokrati, etc.)
• Bachelors/Masters in Engineering
