Job summary

ESAF Small Finance Bank Ltd is seeking a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in gold loans in banking or NBFCs. The role focuses on field sales, customer acquisition, gold loan sourcing, appraisal, and branch-level business development.

Immediate joiners will be preferred and an opportunity to contribute to growing gold loan operations. The selected candidate will work closely with branch teams to drive loan sourcing, manage customer relationships, and ensure smooth processing of gold

Qualifications

• Any Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Gold Loans- Banking, NBFCs
• Experience in gold loan sourcing, customer acquisition, gold appraisal/valuation, loan processing, and customer relationship management will be preferred
• Candidates with prior experience in Gold Loan sales or operations will have an added advantage
• Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in Gold Loans- Banking, or NBFC
• Should be comfortable with customer acquisition, field sales, loan sourcing, and branch-level business development
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
