Job summary

ESAF Small Finance Bank invites applications for a Gold Loan Officer to operate across MP regions. Candidates with at least 1 year of gold loan experience in banking or NBFCs are preferred.

The role focuses on customer acquisition, field sales, gold loan sourcing, appraisal, loan processing, and ongoing relationship management at the branch level. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Gold Loans in Banking or NBFCs.
• Experience in gold loan sourcing, appraisal/valuation, loan processing and customer relationship management will be preferred.
• Candidates with prior experience in Gold Loan sales or operations will have an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing gold loan customers and acquiring new business.
• Appraise and value gold collateral.
• Process loan applications and assist in disbursement.
• Manage customer relationships at branch level.
• Support branch business development initiatives.
