Job summary

ESAF Bank is seeking a candidate with experience in Gold Loans to drive sourcing, customer acquisition, and branch-level business development in Delhi. The role emphasizes field sales and customer relationship management to grow gold loan portfolios.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of relevant gold loan experience in banking or NBFCs and will be comfortable with end-to-end loan processing and customer engagement. Immediate joining is preferred.

• Any Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Gold Loans- Banking, NBFCs
• Experience in gold loan sourcing, customer acquisition, gold appraisal/valuation, loan processing, and customer relationship management will be preferred
• Candidates with prior experience in Gold Loan sales or operations will have an added advantage
• Candidates with experience in Gold Loans- Banking, or NBFC
• Should be comfortable with customer acquisition, field sales, loan sourcing, and branch-level business development
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
