Sushima Pharmaceuticals in Ghaziabad invites a GM- Sales & Marketing with 15+ years in veterinary pharma to lead a high-growth division. You will shape strategy, manage top accounts, and drive market expansion across India. A strong MBA/PGDM, Graduation in Life Sciences, and leadership acumen are essential.

You will oversee budgeting, campaigns with Marketing, and a focus on performance analytics. Expect a dynamic, matrix-rich environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve budgeted sales and growth targets for the assigned division per strategy
• Develop programs for disruptive growth in the division
• Motivate the sales team with guidance and road map to targets
• Ensure maximum incentive earning with proactive work
• Review sales performance and address gaps with action plans
• Coordinate field sales team selection and development with HR and leaders
• Major Accounts coordination (B2B) with managers
• Conduct regular meetings with sales team and distributors on targets
• Identify weak areas and formulate improvement plans
• Gather market intelligence and inform Corporate Office
• Work with MD to increase Topline & Bottomline
• Prepare annual sales budget by zone/customer dynamics
• Lead expansion into new markets and related products
• Partner with Marketing/PMT to develop campaigns for demand generation
• Manage outstanding as per company parameters
• Inventory planning at Depot and Distributor ends

Salary Package: 30 Lakhs

Education: Graduation in Life Sciences viz. B.Sc. (Bio or Biotech)/ B. Pharma / B.V. Sc & A.H. with M.B.A./PGDM (Desirable)

Experience: 15+ years in Sales & Marketing job Functions in a Veterinary Pharmaceuticals Company with 2-3 years experience of same job role & responsibilities.

GM Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving the budgeted sales and growth targets for the assigned division by aligning with companys values and agreed Sales & Marketing strategy
• Responsible for developing programs for disruptive growth in assigned division
• Motivation of the sales team through proper analysis, guidance and laying a road map for achievement of targets.
• Ensuring maximum incentive earning by the sales team with proactive working.
• Periodical review of the sales performance through Sales team and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps.
• Coordination for selection and development of a field sales team along with HR dept & sales leaders. Responsible for Team building & Team Retention Pan India.
• Major Accounts Business Coordination (B to B) along with Managers.
• Conduct regular meeting with sales team and distributors to discuss target status and sales strategy
• Identification of weak business areas and formulation of improvement plan.
• Measuring per man productivity as per the company laid target and its improvement in the weak areas.
• To gather market intelligence and inform Corporate Office of the developments in the market
• Work closely with MD to increase Overall Topline & Bottomline goals
• Coordination of Annual Sales Budget Preparation Value wise, Product wise as per the agreed objectives of the company. according to Zone-wise/customer-wise dynamics,
• Provides expertise to lead the company into new markets and venturing into new/related products that could be marketed with the help sales & marketing team.
• Working with Marketing/PMT Team on developing & executing campaign for demand generation.
• Controlling Outstanding as per company’s parameters.
• Inventory planning and management at Depot and Distributors end
