Job summary

Belhem India Pvt Ltd is seeking a GM Retail Leasing / National BD Head for a major restaurant chain. The role focuses on national expansion, property identification, and lease negotiations across multiple locations, including Bengaluru.

The incumbent will lead the leasing team, coordinate with legal and project teams, and drive profitability through strategic site selection and renewal negotiations.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream.
• Prior experience in Property Identification and Retail Expansion at a National Level for a QSR / Cafe / Retail Brand (Relevant experience in other industries cannot be considered)
• Average Tenure to be more than 3

Responsibilities

• Property Identification and site assessment across locations.
• Infrastructure assessment for new outlets and fit-outs.
• Complete statutory compliance checks for leases and properties.
• Negotiate Rental / Lease terms to optimize cost and terms.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessment on locations.
• Coordinate with Legal Team for contract drafting and approvals.
• Handover to Project Team with all lease-related data and documents.
• Lead renewal negotiations and lease extensions.
• Lead the leasing team and drive national expansion.
• Monitor competitors and track catchment area performance.
