20 to 30 years of strong experience in project development, engineering and end-to-end project execution, preferably handling large-scale and high-value projects.

Role Summary

We are looking for an aggressive, result-oriented and highly experienced Project Leader to lead the complete lifecycle of major projects from concept, feasibility and planning through engineering, procurement, construction, and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute multiple large-scale projects within time, cost, quality and safety parameters.
• Drive project planning, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Take complete ownership of project schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve project bottlenecks, risks and delays with a strong execution focus.
• Manage consultants, EPC contractors, vendors and other key stakeholders.
• Drive cost optimisation, value engineering and commercial control.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and create a strong ownership and execution-driven culture.
• Handle senior management and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure successful project completion, commissioning and handover.

Candidate Profile

• 20 to 30 years of proven project experience with strong exposure to large and complex projects.
