Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking a senior professional to head Network Information System, driving automation, data integrity, and digitisation of nationwide rollout projects. You will govern the network information system and deliver MIS reporting to leadership.

The role requires extensive telecom project MIS experience, with leadership responsibilities and a preference for MBA. You will collaborate with IT and business teams to enable data-driven technology rollouts.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Electronics/Telecom/CS or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 12 years total experience, with at least 6 years in telecom project MIS, network databases, or digitisation.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive automation and digitisation of network processes to reduce routine MIS effort and accelerate rollouts.
• Govern the VIU network static database, maintaining accurate, current data as the single source of truth.
• Lead development and adoption of the Swayam platform across all rollout activities.
• Ensure timely rollout of new portal features and applications supporting technology projects.
• Own central project MIS as SPOC, delivering accurate DPR, MNRR, and leadership reporting decks.
• Drive data integrity and standardisation across network information systems and rollout trackers.
• Lead and develop the network information system team, building automation and analytics capability.
• Drive performance management and continuous skill development across the team.

Qualifications & Experience
