Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Globalscape and IBM Sterling File Gateway Administrator to join our engineering team in Pune/Chennai. The role requires hands-on experience with Fortra GlobalScape, JAMS, GoAnywhere, and IBM Sterling components, including installation, upgrade, and configuration.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex IBM Sterling issues, manage system and network connectivity, and work across Linux/Windows environments to maintain robust file gateway

Qualifications

• Experience on Fortra GlobalScape, JAMS and GoAnywhere.
• Strong experience in IBM Sterling FileGateway, Integrator, Global Mailbox, Control centre.
• Strong experience in IBM Sterling installation, upgrade, configuration activities.
• Experience on Fortra GlobalScape and GoAnywhere.
• Knowledge on Linux, Windows commands.
• Troubleshoot issues related to IBM Sterling and its components, system and network connectivity.
