Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring for SAP GTS with 9+ years of experience in Bangalore. The role involves end-to-end SAP GTS implementation and strong focus on compliance, customs processing, and global trade controls.

Candidates should have solid knowledge of SAP modules (SD, MM, Logistics) and be able to gather user requirements, manage testing, and coordinate 24/7 support rotations. IT & Information Security department leads the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP GTS with end-to-end implementation and support.
• Ability to work in a time-bound, SLA-based incident resolution environment.
• Experience in impact analysis, gap analysis and corrective action plans.
• Familiarity with Change Control, testing and release documentation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end implementation and support in SAP GTS for Compliance, Customs processing, and Special Customs.
• Knowledge of SD, MM & Logistics processes and integration with SAP GTS.
• Gather business rules and end-user requirements.
• Experience with Denied Party screening, license management and AES/electronic communications.
• Handle Customs Management including product classification and interfaces with non-SAP systems.
• Participation in Europe and NA regional processes and 24/7 support rotation.

• Good Knowledge on SD, MM &Logistics process and integration with SAP GTS module.
• Good experience in understanding and gathering Business rules, Business requirements and end user cases.
• Worked on SAP GTS Compliance Management for Export & Imports including Denied Party screening (SPL), License Management.
• Worked on Customs Management module it includes Product classification and electronic communication with AES (US) and European countries.
• Worked on Special Customs process in Europe, it includes GPA (NL), Transit Procedure & Inventory Management.
• Should be having experience in ALE and EDI integration, interfaces with non-SAP systems.
