Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai is seeking a Middleware Admin with 4–10 years of experience to manage deployment and scheduling tasks across WebLogic, JBOSS, and Autosys environments. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge on Unix and job scheduling tool, preferably Middleware.
• Expertise in file transfer technologies for migration projects.
• Hands-on deployments of WebLogic JAR files, restarting of nodes, Autosys JIL promotions.
• Knowledge on JBOSS.
• Troubleshooting deployment issues in WebLogic.
• Good to have knowledge on JIRA, Jenkins, Docker and DevOps tools.

Responsibilities

• Deploy WebLogic JAR files and restart nodes or servers as required.
• Manage Autosys jobs, promotions, and batch requests; monitor related queues.
• Handle MQ queue and channel operations; ensure reliable message delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues in WebLogic during migrations.
• Collaborate with teams to coordinate migration and automation efforts.

• monitoring and handling Autosys job related activities includes force start, troubleshooting and analyzing logs.
• Promoting autosys jobs and also be able to update/create variables in Autosys.
