Job summary

Pragma Edge Software Services in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Sterling Integrator specialist to support Sterling Integrator 5.x/6.x, Sterling File Gateway, and related B2B platforms. You will work with global teams on lifecycle projects, onboarding partners, and connectivity troubleshooting.

The role requires strong EDI experience, Linux scripting, cloud awareness, and the ability to operate in a multi-stakeholder, rotating-shift delivery model.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Sterling Integrator 5.x/6.x/Sterling File Gateway.
• Exposure to B2B products SSP, Connect: Direct, Secure Transport and API Gateway.
• At least 2 years in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• Proficient in certificate changes, PGP keys for SI, SFG and GIS on GUI and Linux.
• Experience in installation, upgrade, patches, and troubleshooting.
• Networking including load balancers, TCP/IP, OSI models and system security.
• EDI experience and strong communication.
• Cloud knowledge is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts and global delivery environment.
• Experience with onboarding partners and troubleshooting connectivity; knowledge on Sterling B2BAPIs.
• Knowledge on SI/SSP/PS Docker installation; basic BP Maps; Linux shell commands.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development and maintenance of Sterling SI/B2B platforms.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to deliver integration solutions.
• Assist in onboarding partners and resolving connectivity issues.

• At least 4 Years of hands-on experience on Sterling Integrator, 5.x/6.x/Sterling File Gateway
• Exposure/experience on any other B2B suite of products listed would be an advantage - SSP, Connect: Direct, Secure Transport and API Gateway Unix Shell scripting Secure FTP,SFTP and AS2 Protocol, HTTPS Database knowledge
• At least 2 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
• Proficient in Certificate change when expired, PGP key change as required for SI, SFG and GIS on Graphical User Interface also in Linux**
• Good Experience in installation , upgrade, patches and troubleshooting.
• Networking experience including load balancers, TCPIP/OSI models and system security
• Good EDI Experience and communication skills
• Cloud knowledge added advantage.
