Global Head ? Talent Acquisition (Group TA Head)

We are seeking a seasoned, strategic Talent Acquisition leader to head Talent Acquisition (TA) on a global scale, with the Gulf region as the primary area of focus and operation. The Global Head ? Talent Acquisition will own end-to-end recruitment strategy and delivery across all geographies where the organization operates, while directly driving large-scale, high-volume, and leadership hiring across the GCC. This is a senior leadership mandate for an individual who has built and run TA functions within EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) or similarly complex, project-driven, multi-site organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Global TA Strategy: Design and own the global TA strategy, aligning hiring plans with business growth and workforce planning.
• Gulf Region Ownership: Personally drive recruitment across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, ensuring compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) and nationalization requirements.
• Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a distributed global TA team and act as the senior escalation point for critical mandates.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs and business unit leaders regarding talent strategy and workforce risk.
• Operations: Manage the TA technology stack, recruitment budget, vendor ecosystem, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 20+ years in Talent Acquisition, including significant senior leadership experience.
• Industry Expertise: Mandatory experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) industry or large-scale, project-based infrastructure businesses.
• Regional Knowledge: Mandatory hands-on TA leadership experience based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and/or the broader Gulf/GCC region.
• Compliance: Proven track record in managing GCC nationalization frameworks and local labor law compliance.
• Education: Graduate degree required; Postgraduate/MBA in HR or Business Administration preferred.
