Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Global Mobility, Mobility Operations, International Assignments, Assignment Management, Client Administration, Project Coordination or Service Delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international assignments & mobility services.
• Manage client, assignee & stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with global, onshore & service provider teams.
• Track SLA, TAT, milestones & deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects/workstreams.
• Drive MIS, KPI, dashboards & reporting.
• Coordinate billing, invoicing & budget tracking.
• Support tax & payroll-related mobility services.
