Role Overview
At NuSummit, we enable seamless global workforce movement to support business growth across international markets. As Senior Executive – Global Mobility, you will own and manage end-to-end global mobility operations for the EMEA region, ensuring compliant, efficient, and employee-centric travel and relocation experiences.
This role plays a critical part in supporting short-term and long-term international assignments by delivering high standards of operational excellence, governance, and stakeholder collaboration. You will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, employees, and external service providers while driving continuous improvement across mobility processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all employee global mobility and business travel requirements across EMEA, covering both short-term and long-term assignments.
- Manage end-to-end global mobility operations, including inbound and outbound movements, new hire relocations, and cross-border business travel between India and EMEA.
- Oversee visa and immigration processes for the EMEA region, with hands‑on responsibility for KSA and UAE business and long‑term visas, including dependents.
- Deliver comprehensive pre‑travel, pre‑arrival, post‑arrival, and post‑travel briefings to ensure employee readiness and compliance.
- Coordinate and manage travel logistics including flights, ground transportation, accommodation, travel insurance, forex, and documentation in line with internal policies and Delivery Leadership approvals.
- Partner closely with Delivery Leadership, HRBPs, Finance, Admin, Immigration teams, and external vendors to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience.
- Serve as the liaison with travel, visa, accommodation, and forex partners, ensuring service accuracy, cost optimization, and policy adherence.
- Develop, review, and continuously optimize global mobility and travel policies, SOPs, guidelines, and checklists.
- Drive process improvements and standardization to enhance efficiency, governance, and scalability of mobility operations.
- Oversee vendor performance and governance, conducting regular service reviews to ensure sustained quality and compliance.
- Track employee transfers and mobility movements, producing operational metrics, dashboards, and management reports for key stakeholders.
- Support broader Global Mobility initiatives, operational administration, and resolution of employee queries with high ownership and responsiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in global travel or mobility operations, with mandatory exposure to the Middle East region (KSA/UAE).
- Strong working knowledge of international travel operations, immigration processes, policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partner effectively with senior business leaders.
- Proven experience in vendor management, service governance, and compliance management.
- Ability to handle high-volume, complex cases with a strong focus on employee experience and timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional stakeholder engagement.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within the HR/Admin ecosystem.
