Job summary

Zodiac HR Consultants seeks an experienced Global IT Administrator to manage IT operations, infrastructure, endpoint management, security, compliance, and IT support across India and US environments.

You will oversee day-to-day IT operations, manage IT infrastructure, devices, SaaS platforms, and collaboration tools, and handle onboarding/offboarding, patching, and security controls. Strong expertise in AD/Azure, Intune, and vendor management is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT Administration/IT Operations/Infrastructure.
• Experience managing global or multi-site IT environments.
• Hands-on with Intune / MDM / Jamf.
• Endpoint management and patch management expertise.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of AD / Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Knowledge of EDR, Antivirus, Device Encryption, VPN, Firewall.
• IT Asset Management and Vendor Management experience.
• SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance knowledge.
• Experience supporting US/global users is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee IT onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, and configuration.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle, patch management, device security, and compliance.
• Manage Microsoft Intune/MDM, EDR/Antivirus, device encryption and endpoint security controls.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID and SaaS applications.
• Support LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, and related IT infrastructure.
• Manage IT assets including procurement, inventory, lifecycle, refresh, and decommissioning.
• Manage third-party IT vendors/MSPs and ensure SLA adherence.
• Support IT security and compliance requirements including SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Maintain audit evidence, documentation, and IT security records.
• Collaborate with global IT, Security, Engineering teams, and US-based vendors.
• Provide IT support to employees across India and US.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Knowledge of EDR, Antivirus, Device Encryption, VPN, Firewall, LAN/WAN.
• Experience in IT Asset Management and Vendor Management.
• Knowledge of SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance.
• Experience supporting US/global users is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
